DESCRIPTION:Help us kick off Earth Week 2021 with a spring planting of shrubs and trees in the forest of Van Cortlandt Park\, along the Putnam Greenway. \n\n\n\n\n\nIn addition to planting\, we will also be removing the introduced garlic mustard species. This herbaceous plant species is harmful to our native forests\, outcompeting native herbaceous plants. \n\n\nGloves and tools will be provided.
