Birding with NYC Audubon

Explore Van Cortlandt Park’s ecologically diverse grounds and celebrate a long tradition of birding in the park. We will look for various species of resident and migratory birds and discuss a wide range of avian topics. Each walk will be led by a New York City Audubon guide.

Advance registration is required. You must register separately for each date you would like to attend.

Note: We do not provide binoculars and suggest that attendees bring their own.
Note: There are no walks on October 14 and November 25.
Note: Join NYC Audubon and Latino Outdoors NYC on a bilingual bird tour on November 4 and December 4.
Únase a NYC Audubon y Latino Outdoors NYC en una observación de aves bilingüe en uno de los espacios verdes más grandes del Bronx. Buscaremos varias especies de aves residentes y migrantes y hablaremos sobre una amplia gama de temas aviares. Este evento se lleva a cabo en asociación con Van Cortlandt Park Alliance. El grupo se reunirá en el Van Cortlandt Park Nature Center, ubicado dentro del parque en 246th Street y Broadway.
